OUR SERVICES
CONSULTATION
Staging consultation includes a full home evaluation, including suggested repairs, updates, furniture placement, paint colour recommendations, and decorating suggestions. A full report and quote will be provided within 24 hrs. Consultation is up to 2 hours.
OCCUPIED STAGE
With occupied staging, we work with the clients existing furniture. We bring in our own accessories (rugs, pillows, bedding, decor, etc), to go with what the client already has. All staging items will be removed once the property is sold firm. We provide a custom package based on the property needs.
VACANT STAGE
It is often hard for buyers to visualize the full potential that a space has to offer when it is vacant. For vacant stages, we bring in everything needed to furnish the space such as furniture, decor, accessories, bedding, etc. Once the property is sold firm, we will destage the property. *Main floor and primary bedroom/ensuite is included. Additional rooms can be added on*
REDESIGN
Every room or building has its own personality, and with a few touch ups and the right Design Consultation, you can really make it stand out. Living Lovely Home Staging & Redesign works with clients throughout the whole process to get the best out of every space.
